Delivery
UK ORDERS
If your item is in stock, we will send out your order within 1 to 2 days. Order before 1pm to be guaranteed same day dispatch.
Depending on your choice, your order will go by Royal Mail first class or by Royal Mail Signed for first class, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday, and our cards can fit through a standard letterbox if you are not available.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at checkout.
If your item is in stock, we will send out your order within 1 to 2 days. You will automatically be given a shipping rate based on where you are buying from, and the weight of your order.
Depending on your choice, your order will go by Royal Mail International Standard or by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. Any weight above 2kg will be sent using Parcelforce, and you can choose between Worldwide (7 – 12 days) and Express (1 – 4 days).

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.
Taxes & Duties
All UK orders are inclusive of UK VAT.
For orders shipped to the EU and Internationally, please note that import duty and tax may apply and the recipient will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Location (delivery address): Eastern Europe, USA, Canada (airmail): Last ORDER date ––– 5pm (UK time) 9th December.
Location (delivery address): Asia, Far East, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East (airmail): Last ORDER date ––– 5pm (UK time) 5th December.
PERSONALISATION
If you choose to personalise your card and would like to send it direct to the recipient, type the address of the person in the text box provided, under your personalised message. This will then be sent direct with your message in the card.
Please note that if your 'shipping address' and 'address of recipient' are different, then we automatically send your parcel to the 'address of recipient'.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mydesigncollections.com.
